A: We offer gift cards in ₹500 and ₹1,000, denominations.

A: Absolutely! You can enter the recipient's email address during checkout, and they'll receive the gift card directly.
Q: Is there a purchase limit?
A: You can purchase multiple gift cards in a single order. There's no limit!

Q: How do I redeem my gift card?
A: At checkout, enter your unique 16-character gift card code in the "Gift card or discount code" field and click Apply. View our detailed redemption guide.
Q: Can I use multiple gift cards on one order?
A: Yes! You can apply multiple gift cards to a single purchase.
Q: Can I use a gift card with a discount code?
A: Yes! Gift cards can be combined with discount codes for maximum savings.
Q: What if my order total is less than my gift card balance?
A: No problem! The remaining balance will stay on your gift card for future purchases.
Q: What if my order is more than my gift card balance?
A: You can pay the remaining amount using any of our accepted payment methods.

Q: Do gift cards expire?
A: Our gift cards are valid for One Year from the date of purchase. The expiration date is mentioned in your gift card email.

Q: How do I check my gift card balance?
A: Click the link in your gift card email to view your current balance anytime. You can also contact our support team.
Q: Will I be notified when my balance is low?

Q: Can I reload or add money to an existing gift card?
A: Currently, gift cards cannot be reloaded. You can purchase a new gift card anytime.

🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: Can I get a refund on a gift card purchase?

A: Yes! Gift card balances apply to your total order amount, including shipping and taxes.

Q: Can I print my gift card?
A: Yes! You can print the gift card page from the link in your email to give as a physical gift.
