Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are:

Damaged or defective upon arrival

Incorrect items shipped

Significantly different from the product description

Please note: Due to the sacred and devotional nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been used in pooja or religious ceremonies.

Non-Returnable Items: 

Products that have been used or opened, Customized or personalized items, Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Replacement:

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly replace it for the same product. Please contact us immediately upon receiving such items.
